Applicable law

You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Online Ticketing
Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Salisbury Cathedral and yourself.
Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes – once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. We can only accept and process payment in British pounds (GBP).
Refunds and Ticket Changes
We regret that cathedral tickets are sold and non-refundable or transferable.
Standard Cathedral Entry tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and you will be able to rebook for free within this period.
Event, Tower Tour, Works Yard Tour, and Library Tour tickets are sold as non-refundable or transferable.
Parking
Parking in the Cathedral close is limited and costs £8 for a full day permit – this includes blue badge holders. Alternative parking is available in town.
Online Booking
Once purchased online, tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Please present your confirmation email on your phone or tell us your booking reference number on arrival.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
Please note that access to the Cathedral can be limited during special events, please check our Closures before you travel.
Third Party Hirer
Salisbury Cathedral may act on behalf of an external Event Organiser (Third Party Hirer) for events. Salisbury Cathedral will forward your contact details and booking information to the Event Organiser of your selected event. The Event Organiser will use this information to:
• Manage ticketing for an event.
• Facilitate ticket pick-up.
• Dispute resolution
• Customer service
• Notification of any changes to the event
• Undertake sales, campaign, or demographic analysis.
The Event Organiser is responsible for their own compliance with GDPR, and you agree that Salisbury Cathedral is not responsible for the actions of the Event Organiser concerning your Personal Data.
Salisbury Cathedral will not use your contact details for any marketing activities unless you opt-in to hear about our news, events, and other ways you can support us. Salisbury Cathedral does not sell Customer contact details to Third parties. Salisbury Cathedral will only contact you regarding an existing booking or booking attempt.
