Cathedral Floor Manager
Full Time – Permanent
Salisbury Cathedral is looking for a dedicated and proactive Cathedral Floor Manager. This dynamic, hands-on role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of Cathedral events and services. You will be the welcoming face of the Cathedral, providing an excellent experience for external users, visitors, staff, and volunteers while overseeing health and safety protocols, technical set up and ensuring that services and events are meticulously planned and operationally supported.

Events Technician
Full time, Permanent
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Events Technician to join our team at Salisbury Cathedral. In this operational role, you will support our Cathedral Floor Manager and events team to ensure the smooth and safe running of the Cathedral. Your responsibilities will include overseeing health and safety protocols, technical set up and ensuring that services and events are meticulously planned and operationally supported.

Assistant Cathedral Accountant
To meet the growing demands of our audit processes and the need for more in-depth internal financial reporting, we are expanding the Finance Team at Salisbury Cathedral. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual, preferably ACCA or ACA qualified (or part-qualified), to work alongside our Cathedral Accountant and help balance the team’s workload.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting key financial functions, including year-end audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and overall finance operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of Salisbury Cathedral, working in close collaboration with both the Cathedral Accountant and CFO.
This role is offered on a full time 5 days a week or 4 day a week basis, 28 to 35 hours a week. Options can be explored at interview.
